My background is fashion design. For over 15 years I have dedicated my life to fashion wear, leathergoods and furniture designs. I took a detour of 9 years in industrial design market before I embraced interior design with a passion.
Having many chances to travel the world from a young age, visiting multiple locations, meeting a wide range of different people, and observing various architecture and art style helped shape my vision about work and life which later made a foundation for all my principles in design.
Beauty comes from simplicity and lightness. Functionality is good, however too many attachments will not bring contentment, joy and fulfillment. Each person is unique and special in their own way. When we realize this, we will not try to copy other people’s lives, realize this, we will not try to copy other people’s lives, but instead, we focus on enriching ourselves and creating the lifestyle that makes us happy. That is the Art of Living!
From that vision, Simplicity, Functionality, Natural beauty and Uniqueness are key elements I apply into design in order to create, not just a beautiful, but an intelligent space that you have yet to experience until you are actually living in or using it.
I call it “id” for Intelligent design.
